The Answer:

The district or campus overall percentage of economically disadvantaged students, which is used in relative performance, is calculated based on TSDS PEIMS October Snapshot data.

The total number of students in membership who are eligible for free or reduced price lunch or other public assistance is divided by the total number of students in membership.
